Generally speaking, I’m not a big shoe person. I often forgo “style” for the sake of comfort, and tend to wear shoes until they are worn through. Nonetheless, after a friend informed me of a new series of Star Wars-themed Adidas Originals sneakers and apparel, I couldn’t help but share some of my favorite shoes from the collection here.
According to the official Star Wars blog:
The collection for the first season is split into three packs — The Characters Pack, the Vehicles Pack and the Direct Pack. The products in each pack take inspiration from the respective aspect of the Star Wars lexicon from legendary characters and crafts to classic scenes and fuse them with iconic adidas Originals silhouettes. The pieces will begin to hit all adidas Originals stores and other select retailers in January.

Out-of-the-box designs like these might just be enough to convince me to take more pride in my footwear. I could definitely see myself sporting a pair of the X-WINGs, what with their inclusion of the Rebel Alliance insignia and all.
