		<description>Turns out that dell chat will just sit there for hours &amp; hours with a &quot;an representative will be with you shortly&quot; message if they don&#039;t like your web browser. No message that it can&#039;t connect or that your browser is unsupported. Just lots of waiting. Somewhat quicker, if your web browser is on their A-list. Or so they tell me after 40 minutes on hold to reach a live person by telephone.</description>

		<description>well I&#039;ve had a chat window open now for more than two hours during daytime business hours. And that after closing an earlier one because I had waited for 20 minutes with no reponse. If anything it&#039;s slower than phone support.</description>
